A NEW VOICE MESSAGE SYSTEM AT THE CHISINAU AIRPORT
Starting April 20, 2022, at Chisinau International Airport was introduced a new voice messaging system - IVR (Interactive Voice Response) to improve the quality of passenger service.
Each IVR has its own telephone number per city and differs in the purpose and content of the information provided.
The language in which the recorded voice information is provided is selected by the caller using one of the interactive menu systems.
1. IVR number (022) 817-817 - provides the caller with the opportunity to obtain contact details as well as information on the operation of border, customs, veterinary and phytosanitary services, as well as airlines and agencies providing services for passengers.
In addition, on this IVR, the person can receive information about the search of luggage, flight schedules and travel restrictions during the pandemic period.
2. IVR number (022) 525-111 - offers the opportunity to quickly receive information about the time of departure, arrival or delay of flights, operated by airlines companies at Chisinau International Airport.
For other information, both IVRs allow you to connect directly with one of the operators of the information service of Chisinau International Airport.
3. IVR number (022) 525-939 - "Helpline" – offers the opportunity to report confidentially any information about the facts of possible regulations abuse or misbehavior at Chisinau International Airport, in order to take appropriate action, if necessary
