Lost luggage

 

In case of baggage loss or damage, the passenger needs to contact “Lost and Found” office before leaving Arrivals Area. The staff will inform the passenger regarding further actions and procedures. In the majority of cases the baggage will be forwarded by the air carrier within period from one day until the day of the next flight after filling in Property Irregularity Report form.
