Dear passengers!

Due to recent major cancellations of scheduled flights departing from Chisinau, State Enterprise Chisinau International Airport advise the passengers to contact directly the airline involved. In the event of an unsatisfactory result, complaints are to be sent to the Civil Aviation Authority: mun. Chişinău, bulevardul Dacia, 80/2.

In case of a charter flight, when the passenger has purchased a tourist package through a travel agency and has no direct contractual relationship with the airline, assistance will be provided by the travel agency. Requests and complaints will be directed to the address of the travel agency. In case the result is unsatisfactory, the complaint shall be filed to the address of the Civil Aviation Authority.
